Stake Essence (PTY) Ltd is 100% black owned company established in 2017 to assist organisations to foreground the essence stakeholders’ interests in businesses and to understand their responsibility towards its stakeholders. Stakeholder management is part of good corporate governance as encapsulated in chapter eight of King IV Report. Stakeholders have a direct or indirect interest in the way that the business operates and are life and blood of all organisations. Thus, the essentiality of stakeholder management has become more important than ever before.
Our strategies help organisations or government in identifying internal and external stakeholders and develop strategies for engagements. We build influence and create impact for individual or group stakeholders, including businesses and government.
